"Do you supply your own products and equipment?"
Yes! We supply everything needed for our cleans, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
"Do I need to be home during the clean?"
We do not require homeowners to be present during the cleaning appointment.
However, we leave that decision up to the client and their comfort level. If you choose to to stay home during the clean, we kindly ask that you limit distractions so that we can stay on schedule.
"How do I pay?"
Cash is accepted always.
We also offer a secure, user friendly, and convenient option to pay with debit/credit card. An invoice will be sent through "Square" via preferred contact method (text/email) once services are complete. Payment is due by 5PM day of services. Any delayed payments are subject to a $20 late fee.
"What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?"
To ensure efficiency and quality cleans, we kindly ask all surfaces and floors are clear of clutter (mail, kid's toys, wrappers/trash, dirty dishes, laundry, etc.) Also, so that we don’t melt (cleaning can be intense) please set your thermostat to 72 or below prior to our arrival. We’re happy to readjust the temperature per your written instructions when we leave.
